Her parents were John Milton and Arabelle Marie (nee Rinehart) Ellsworth and they were of English and German descent. She died on Saturday, August 10, 2013, peacefully at her home in Birmingham, Michigan. Loralee was 75 years of age. Loralee was a resident of Birmingham, MI and a former resident of Milwaukee, WI and Akron, OH. She was a graduate of Central High School in South Bend, IN and a graduate of Oakland University, Rochester, MI, receiving her Bachelor's degree in Education. She was a longtime teacher for Birmingham Schools and an active volunteer at The Baldwin Center in Pontiac, MI. Loralee enjoyed sewing, scrapbooking, cooking, collecting miniatures and the family cottage on Higgins Lake. Beloved wife of William B. Brown and they were married for 55 years. Dear mother of Christine Donelson (Robert), Michael J. Brown and Amy Saban (Wayne). Grandmother of Emma, Rachel, Hailey, Maggie, Sarah and Grace. Sister of Ann Grabill (Jerry). Niece of Donna Colegrove. Aunt of Gregory Grabill (Teresa) and Lori Ceccato. Also many loving grand nieces and nephews. Loralee was also survived by her 18 year old cat named "Felix" The funeral service will be Friday, August 16, 2013 at 11am at First United Methodist Church, 1589 W. Maple Rd., Birmingham, MI 48009. Visitation at church begins at 10am. In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes to The Baldwin Center PO Box 420700, Pontiac, MI 48342 (Källa: Desmond Funeralhome).
